Good to see Nintendo getting back on its legs. A million sold in only a month and a half. That's fantastic news! Can't wait for Donkey Kong TF in February. Got mine all preordered!

Working fine all day for me (US). Eshop actually seems to be running a little faster for me as well, like load ups and updates.
I would also not worry just yet about a postponement of the sale until there has been an official announcement.
I know right! It takes just once for most people to see the value in the controller. BLOPS 2 has a pretty neat feature as well. My wife was hitting my kill streaks for me when I got them and she was getting excited every time I would rack up a bunch of kills lol. Oh and she HATES COD but she said for the first time she was having a lot of fun helping me play.
This makes some sense seeing how it would not let me sign in to the multiplayer of cod blops 2. It's fine. Just got Sonic Lost World for Christmas and was able to pick up NES Remix. Plus have a HUGE back log of Wii U/PS3 games to work on lol. After I finish Secret Of Evermore on the SNES.
I had issues for a day or two but everything is working fine now. I don't see how this came up as poor planning? Didn't GTA5 get plagued with these same issues? Large amounts of people trying to sign in at once? Would it seem like poor planning for Sony to always get hacked? S*** happens guys. If its down for a few days it just means we need patience for Nintendo to sort this out. NOT the end of the world. I do feel bad for the people picking up there consoles and having sign issues. ...
@Shinox: I'm excited for Nintendo to have the franchise. Sorry you have such a hatred towards Nintendo. People like you complain Nintendo doesn't have any mature titles and then once they buy one all of a sudden that sucks? For all we know Tecmo could of had NO PLANS on continuing to bring the franchise to the states showing how 4 stayed in Japan. This franchise along with Bayonetta 2 looks to have been maybe saved by Nintendo before going down the crapper. What do they get? Kids like...
I hope in a Nintendo Direct they show a new fatal frame game. I will literally start jumping in the air lol. I'm about to play through all three again for a buddy of mine who likes horror games. Told him Fatal Frame is the cream of the crop!
@Ninjagote: Nailed it bud! I think the game is intresting to say the least. Having tons of fun watching Youtube videos of people trying to figure this game out. Has a sense of mystery to it. Gamexplain might of uncovered other playable characters so this could be a multiplayer game.
I just want to see gamers going back to having fun with this hobby instead of fighting all the time. Instead of bashing and flipping out we should get excited for the unknow. Like Hyrule Warrior...

@AKR: Well said! Last I heard and read was that the Wii U was having better success in Japan. The US market has seen a nice bump. The UK market is the only market that I have seen that Nintendo has had a rough time breaking. UK just needs that one compelling piece of software to break the ice for them much like how Animal Crossing did for the 3DS. In the end it really doesn't matter to us what the sales look like, only Nintendo.

Awesome!!! The ONLY problem I have had with my Wii U is lack of battery due to constant use of the controller. I hope Nintendo starts shipping these batterys in all future controllers.
I hate articles that act like they know me and try to tell me what I do and don't need. I love Nintendo's next gen console. I know it's not EVERYONE'S cup of tea but it's the right flavor for me. I'm looking forward to the next installments of Mario, DK, Zelda, and Metroid and whatever else Nintendo has planned. I own a PS3 and love that console as well. I'm picking up a PS4 next year. I have also been thinking about getting an Xbox One the year after if Microsoft ...

@loadedclip: Here's the problem with your statement. Your comparing sales against a 7 to 8 year old consoles to a system that was just launched at the time of those releases. Third party needs to start releasing the same games and DLC content for all platforms and not the console of there choosing.

Very true neon. Next year has some amazing titles coming out. I can see the Wii U having an amazing next year. Can't wait till DK: TF and Mario Kart in the spring. Going to grab NES Remix and Castlevania on Wii U later today.
Good to see the 3DS doing such a good job. Was funny when everyone thought it was a flop. Much how everyone trys to perceive the Wii U today. Everything just needs some time to grow and some compelling software. Here's looking to 2014!
Wow... With that logic I guess it was a bad move for Nintendo to let Square enix do Super Mario RPG Legend Of The Seven Stars due to the fact our peesly little minds could not handle the diffrence between a 2D Mario and a RPG Mario game. /s
Super Mario RPG became a Nintendo Classic that A LOT of people would love to see a sequel too (including myself). I think Nintendo is doing something diffrent and cool with Link. You should save your judgement for when the game is released...
