GTA4 came out at the beginning of last gen.
Wii was also much cheaper with a different control scheme. Xbone is not the same. Don't get it confused.

The game wasn't bundled for free. It was $460. It's not like titanfall where there was no additional price hike. That bundle was just gamestop doing it.
