I don't think it will happen again. I think the recession during last gen stalled price/power ratio to be affordable for the console makers. That's why we couldn't get 60fps with 1080p with all games.

Yes it's selling, but it's not selling what it's expected to sell. They have gotten used to a certain standard and sales are dipping. Activision isn't happy about it. It's their cash cow.

They definitely did extremely well this gen. They started this gen focusing on what mattered, and that was games. MS could learn a lot from them.
This was a fun game, just a bad RE title. I think Code Veronica is very underrated.
