Yes, because it's only on the PS3. But it was so awesome that tons of sites/publications chose it as overall GotY.
ME2 getting GotY for the 360 has a very high chance.
But as for Mass Effect 2 getting overall GotY..
Now that's totally different story.
can't wait for the upcoming trailer though.

I enjoyed Bioshock 1, it even eared tons of GotY awards.

PS: I replayed it again and it retains the #1 spot for my. U2 hold it for like 2 months after taking it away from MGS4.

As for this one getting GotY for 2010..
Bioshock 2 will go through hell before getting that award.
There's too many GotY Contenders this year, unlike Bioshock 1 who swept tons of GotY awards.
