Where to start...
First off, they mention other accounts being banned, are they talking about reviewer accounts? I did a quick check using Google for recent articles or anything of this sort and came up with only their website. There were other websites that mentioned banning for marketplace theft but nothing about reviewer accounts. This basically shows they are jumping to conclusions.

I figured as much when both birthdays started popping up earlier this week. I don't really feel upset that it isn't AC3, because the story is really enjoyable and they have a ton of material to expand on. All this makes me wonder how this will go into bridging Revelations with AC3. If this game is anything like Brotherhood was, I will be a very happy gamer come this Fall.
Maybe this game takse place in two different time periods? Hell, we might be playing as Altair and Ezio. That picture could easily be a middle-east setting on the right side, and some european country on the other.

Ok first off, I agree the lawsuit is really grasping at straws, someone is playing dumb just for the sake or playing dumb.
But come on, the author of this article neither cites a source (IGN) or takes the time to proofread his article. For the love of whatever, please at least give credit where credit is due. Someone reading this article isn't going to believe it if the author doesn't link to where he obtained the information.
