The same group of people that were shouting to the rafters that Gran Turismo 5 deserved 10's across the board are the same group that are singing the praises of flaws now being corrected. You can't get more HYPOCRITICAL than that.

They forced BluRay on the masses by embedding it into the PS3 and placing a $600 price tag on the unit.

They repackaged old PS2 titles, remastered them, and sold them as new titles.

Sony is NOT the Messiah that you're trying to give them credit for. They're a company (in last place after losing their dominance from last generation) that is desperately trying to get a stranglehold on...

XBOX360-only Owners (one of which I'm not, I also own a PS3) will concede that the PS3 will have a better year of exclusives than the XBOX360.

PS3-only Owners will concede that MORE people will purchase the XBOX360 in 2011, thereby conceding that the XBOX360 will be THE MOST POPULAR CONSOLE OF 2011.

The Gears Series SET THE STANDARD for shooters this generation. And by the way, your beloved Uncharted Series copied its control scheme perfectly. Cover system too. And Cliffy is nervous? He's outsold the series. The series is FAR more popular. And the critical praise is comparable for both.

Then, Sony announces SHIPPED numbers for Gran Turismo 5.
Then, an official statement from Sony after NPD references Multiplats.

I just don't understand why after selling almost 500,000 consoles of the PS3 last month, the only two games that are in the Top 10 for PS3 are multiplats. And only winning by 140,000.
