My friend accidentally bought it. I was there too. He had a slow ass computer and he was showing me cool free apps and I asked him what the IAR app was. He looked at it and accidentally clicked the buy button but quickly pressed back on the iTunes thing. The purchase still counted and he's in deep stuff.

Microsoft is going the wrong way with this. From these deals you can tell that MS is going around trying to buy exclusive games, but when that doesn't work, exclusive DLC. The games I can understand, but DLC has never sold a game (except maybe Rock Band).
They should put that money to good use.
