Honestly I bought my PS4 a couple months back for this game. I was initially upset at my purchase because of the lack of exclusives, but this game makes it soooo worth it.
Yeah that's about it. The guy went into this game already disliking the difficulty of the Souls games so of coarse he wasn't going to like this.
He said he gave it a solid try, but taking 12 hours to get to the Cleric Beast means you suck and didn't actually try and learn anything from the first 20 times he ran through the level. If you can't memorize enemy location and attack patterns after 12 hours of running through the same area than you're just retard...
I can relax with this game, it sometimes raises my blood pressure haha but when you beat a boss or get past a part or my favorite is when you don't see a bad guy and at the last second successfully dodge when you see him striking from the back and then kill him... such an awesome/scary feeling.

I'm still getting it, mainly because it seems like a fun game to sit with my wife and bro and go through and enjoy a structured experience. Also, I want to support the devs because they could have a gem on their hands if they get an opportunity to create a sequel and expand on the environments and fighting and maybe adding in at least 2 player co-op.
I'll enjoy the game once or twice to get collectibles. I want to support the devs because they have something solid here and deserve the chance to make a sequel. This was their first console AAA game and it looks fun for what it is, people where trying to make it out to something huge and I didn't buy into the hype. This game but with bigger more explorable areas to plan attacks and maybe some 2 player co-op and better cover mechanics would make this game awesome and I hope they have ...
They should have had broader environments to explore and plan attacks, and at least 2 player co-op. I think it would have gotten better ratings if it just had those 2 things.
Yeah Bungie banned a ton of people for glitching in areas that are locked, so if you're willing to try and cheat and go around the rules of the game, then you should be prepared for the results.
See I agree with a few points of this review, especially that stealth issue... I have a feeling that is going to piss me off beyond belief and also the QTE with the lycins when you can just mash X to dodge, it seems to easy.

I picked my PS4 up a couple weeks weeks ago in anticipation for Bloodborne, but was also hoping this was going to be good, but it was one of those I was nervous about. I'm still gunna give it a shot and play this weekend with my brother and then sell it Monday.
Uncharted 3 hardly deserved a perfect 10... While I'm a fan of MGS, MGS 4 didn't deserve a perfect 10 and Little Big Planet didn't deserve a 9.5
Like you pointed out if it's not a Sony exclusive, it's going to get 7's or 8's like Wolfenstein. The only review I thought hey where honest with was for Killzone SF because that was a very average FPS and Knack...
