Its a good thing sony needs a whole hell of a lot more move only games if they want it to really compete. I think it was more of a "me too" thing. They thought people were buying wii's over ps3's because of motion controls so they made their own. Idk looks like a fun game to me. Not something hardcore like ninja gaiden or street fighter but something that me and friends could have fun with. The pod racing and lightsaber duels seem pretty dope for a contrller free game.
No it needs to be on the 3ds. It wont take that much effor so they can be working on a new zelda at the same time. OOT 3d was probably the greatest remake/remaster ever imo. It would be a crime not to have MM get the same treatment. Wii-u needs a new starfox, f-zero, metroid, zelda, mario, ssb, and kid icarus to showcase the graphics and new control input. If half of those are shown at E3 it nintendo will steal the show.
I dont like rythm games but im really tempted to get this. One of FF's strongest and most memorable areas has been the music and cutscenes. I would love to hear all the classic tunes again especially X's theme. Il prob give this a go when i can grab it for 20 or less.
I dont know thats tough. Probably both equally great for different reasons. The 3ds is already my favorite handheld ever because of the games and 3d. Its acually the first nintendo system to use modern tech that makes games look phenominal (look at revelations). I think it will get more games and the good stuff like ff remakes and games nintendo will take a chance on but cant afford to risk a big budget relase on like kid icarus uprising.

Gravelord GTA Chinatown Wars was a ds game. It was damn good also. It did later come to the psp and iphone but its a GTA on a Nintendo system.
Nintendo has lots of hardcore games Resident Evil and many more bloody and graphic games, Manhunt 2 was crazy gory although i think they blurred out some of the worst stuff. They are known for the family friendly stuff but that doesnt mean they dont support the core.
I think its a legitimate platform. Games are fun on whatever i can get them on. I think the quality usually isnt as good and theres 99% shovelware garbage but theres also good games. Its a perfect fit for rts, tower defense, jrpgs, strategy games, turn based games, adventure games, and casual games. I hope it also has iconic 3rd party characters. It wouldnt be complete without Cloud, Snake (although he's already in SSB), Dante exc. Characters which arent ps characters but ones i associate with ps consoles. All the 1st party characters are a given. It will have all the favorites unless they save some for dlc. Im getting Resistance Buning Skies, maybe Dragons Dogma but i have see more of it, and i still need to grab The Witcher 2. Might get this down the road for 20 if theres a decent campaign and splitscreen survival mode.

As of right now i play my 3ds all the time and only touch my vita for a match in mvc3 and a quick mission on unit 13 every week or two. I play kid icarus, resident evil, and tales of the abyss every day. The 3ds has better games and is more fun despite the vita being more powerful. The 3d more than makes up for the lack of a higher res, it really adds to the gameplay in alot of games. I have faith that the vita will turn out good though, it has great games coming down the pipeline and im glad...

For me its all about the suprises. New games for each system and handheld we havent seen or heard of. Im hoping for some good 3ds and vita games, some cool wii-u info and launch games, and hopefully some jrpgs.

Sony will be in for a rude awakening if they launch even a 400 dollar console only for ms to launch a 99 dollar console. I think its a great idea if they dont overcharge. If the 720 would cost 400 sell it for that or for 100 down and 300 over 3 years which would have free repairs while under payment. That would alleviate doubt after the rrod fiasco.
