That video:
"The cloud... more detailed environments..."
NO!
It can do things to support games indirectly, but not improve graphics.
After all these months I thought everyone on Earth knew that. Especially game journalists. Oh wait...
Only thing I learned from this video is that the XOne has 1 extra usb 3 port.
Oh! quick Q for you guys: will both run DirectX11.2? Most likely. I should just google it....
devwan: so glad you picked up all the contradictions and the pc master race propaganda that I wanted to carefully dissimulate in my post. I felt misunderstood for a sec here.
-Monopoly is bad.
-New Consoles are PC's.
-I am dissapoint a bit, son.
Just sharing a few opinions here...
Actually, the thing is that most gaming journalists know that even if there's an advantage on one side, it's for the good of both gamers and the industry to keep both consoles on par. Being a developper on X360 and PS3 myself, I can tell you that if they played a version of the game on disc or right on the 360's hard drive in the last month, that build represented 99% of the retail version. The chances that they had the game run on a PC is close to none at this point. I mean, they develop the game on PC mostly, but you've got to show the game to journalists on the final machine when you're that close to the release date.
All these anti-aliase...
Having actually worked for EA (design), I can give you the reasons the game is so buggy. The guy from DICE was absolutely right... not making excuses.
You can't know until you actually worked in a big videogame company...
Here's what they had to deal with:
- EA policies (do this like that, don't do this if it doesn't fit our model for making games the right way, so a lot of itterations to accomodate the "EA Way" some...
