To me max payne 3 was the most disapointing game of last-gen along with DmC & mass effect 3. This is what they mean by a multi-part series, what i'm thinking is the game will be broken up like 13 was with each game acting as a stand alone game, focusing on different game play mechanics & such. like how 13-3 focused on a bigger world that third game here might focus on the overworld & air ship stuff. the first game will focus on the towns & such & the second game focusing on the combat maybe even bring more turn based stuff into the mix.
