I toyed with this idea, because the series does go to multiple locations at times, but I kept going back to the meta-narrative possibilities of the "Silent Hill doesn't really exist" theory and decided that was way more up Kojima's alley.
Its almost the people calling this racist only read the title and just made up the article they wanted to read rather than actually reading the damn article.

That's the thing I'm most excited for; del Toro's atmosphere/horror sensibilities executed in a video game. Being able to wander in a world with the attention to detail that Pan's Labyrinth has is just too cool of a prospect to ignore.
