You don't know the story so how can you say it strips away the realism? What if her character arc has to do with starting off seemingly young and maturing in the world around her? I don't see how her look can ruin the realism in a game you don't know or understand at all.
The Unreal Engine originated in 1998, and people are still using modified versions of that engine. I don't hear you whining about that.
It's not the engine, it's fine, its just the rehash of the same stuff every year. It's not like the graphics and physics are going to be getting much better on these older consoles.
That's a ridiculous argument. Every one know's that it was created in 1999, but was not first used until 2005 for COD4 and it was HEAVILY modified.

I agree man. I know it seems a little ridiculous to ask for a refund, but the bottom line is we are the consumers. Just because every one else is ok accepting something that they are unhappy with, doesn't mean we all should. When I buy something I want my money's worth, and I want what was promised. It's simple really: we are the consumer and we drive the industry.
I think your logic is off. I would argue that Freeman is a silent character because the story evolves around him without him needed to speak. Link having the ability to talk (via silent dialogue boxes) renders the story changed. So not silent.

I really don't. The next, or next, consoles with have large capacity hardrives or solid state drives and games with be downloadable. That seems like the next logical step. Games require to much interaction to be compared with Netflix.
