get a DS. It has a lot more good games on it than the PSP.
With the PSP, you get 2 great GTAs, Final Fantasy Agito XIII, and Racing games.
With the DS, you get games of all types, and a lot more of them at that.
It's your call, but I say go with DS. :)

I think that It's a smart move to keep FFXIII exclusive in Japan. with the money that it would cost to make it for 360 over there compared to how many people actually OWN a 360 over there. It's a smart move imo.
