It's like this:
Badly ported multiplat PS3 game = PS3-only owners still get to play it.
PS3 exclusive game = 360-only owners don't get to play it at all.
It's seriously that simple.
And when somebody pirate their 360 games, THEN how much money does the developer make from that person? ZERO.
1. Over 20 million PS3 owners
2. Piracy problems on other systems
3. Could make some fantastic games (especially if it's exclusive)
Is that reason enough for you? ;)
EDIT: And one more thing;
"The main reason for this is price, the PS3 is still vastly too expensive for the market and is cruelly exposed by the bargain that is the Xbox 360."
The 360 is most certainly not a bargain. Yes, the system itself is inexpensive (...
I'm assuming this one will be full 3D like the LCS and VCS (since it's being built from the ground up for PSP), right?
I <3'd the DS version, I'm going to get this version. =D
I agree with this. Guerrilla has nearly perfected the multiplayer. If they focused a bit more on the single player this time, it could very well be the perfect FPS.
this one doesn't take another 5 years. I seriously can't wait for this. D=
(strangely enough, I had never even heard of Killzone until Killzone 2)
Just keep giving PS3 owners the middle finger, Valve. =/
I just hope they realize that most multiplat games make most of their money from the PS3 because of piracy on the 360 (and the PC, of course). >.>
If Activision actually did stop supporting Sony consoles, it would be the equivalent of me taking a kitchen knife and chopping off one of my arms.
I thought Alan Wake was supposed to be released this year? Has it been delayed AGAIN!?
EDIT: Never mind. I just realized the source was hiphopgamer... >_>
CARRY ON, PEOPLE.
Just forget Marvel vs. Capcom 2 altogether and make Marvel vs. Capcom 3 already! D=<
I never cared. The best thing Valve made was The Orange Box, and that's on PS3... =/
(and no. It's not unplayable.)
That's their (Valve's and EA's) loss, then. There are games on PS3 that are way better than Left 4 Dead, anyway.
No it's not.
"The Orange Box PS3 anyone?"
I don't know. It seems like EA have been trying to restore their reputation lately (evidence: PGA Tour 10 on Wii), so MAYBE if they do port Left 4 Dead, it won't be like The Orange Box.
I certainly hope not, because I don't own a 360 or a PC that can run Left 4 Dead. :<
You got a problem with bewbs? >.<
Gee, I wonder... XD
BLUFF.
BLUFF.
Even Xbox sites are admitting that they want this game for 360.
...and 360 fanboys are still trying to act like they somehow won through some mysterious, unseen force that moves from wall to wall like a ninja? :O
...wait. What was I talking about? XD
@MrIownboth above me - You're very poor at hiding your fanboyism.
