They did but all the servers I tryed are not working even left ps3 logged in all day.
I have been speaking some devs that used to go college with recently and they said one ps3 game that was took out of production is back in production and will announced at e3 will full game play trailer.

There both the same all company's bring out the number they have sold/shipped both are same thing MS sell to store MS ship to stores. This is the same for every company who reports sales.

TOO PAWNED very little ps3 games are 40gb+ only a few gow 3 and FF13 being the biggest both 40gb+ others big ones include metal gear sold 4 35gbs. But average is 9gb-12gb even then some only way in 3gb-6gb.
You also should know that at this current time every ps3 game can be pirated hopefully Sony can plug the whole thing up stop these bastards but Sony did do good doing 3+ years without Piracy.

As someone who knows some devs from rock star Leeds and rock star north I heard many stories of how big bosses have so many restrictions like time, things not to include to the next game time restriction on certain platforms.
They used dvd becuase they rushed the 360 out of the door hd dvd and blu ray where unfinished when 360 was in production.
All Sony,ms Nintendo will tell you is how many they have sold to the store and its all they care about.

umeanlikejoe the ps3 has outsold the 360 ever since its been on the shelves the 360 only ahead my small 3 million becuase it was out 1-1.5 years before depending on country.
Wow buying gaming laptop is kind of stupid unless your on move all time and even then the laptop in question is bulky and hard to carry around. but buying one thats made by alienware (dell) is asking for trouble.
Save yourself the problem and build yourself a desktop for half that amount that will last a lot longer and be more upgradable.
It is dx9 version with the settings capped workarounds are around but are limed as the version dose not contain the files needed for the highest settings. The game is still mind blowing and made want to buy game I was very unsure with lack PC gameplay vids.
It also has a fully working online mode.
i7 980x quad gtx480 and 12gb ram ( did have 24gb but was just OTT ) 256gb sdd for OS and programs and 4x2tb for general sutff so yeah max settings 3x montior and 3d for me.
As long as make it have more of a fun replay value than gta 4 other than MP I am all up for new GTA. They just have remember what made SA sell so much. It was the amount of fun in the game.
No not with hdmi 1.2 that has half the required bandwidth needed for the lowest 3d standards 720p at 60fps. ps3 has the required bandwidth as 1.3 and 1.4 have same bandwidth the only difference being

No the ps3 software is terrible using it with media center is a lot better should worded that better.
