I think that's what it is. Also games these days just aren't as fun as they used to be and the fun in them doesn't last that long. Also I could care less for games like COD, AC, etc. Bring something new to the table that will bring the feeling back inside of me!
More like Multiplatform Only Fighters. The roster for this game doesn't have the Playstation feeling. I was expecting a Smash Bros. type game with Playstation only characters not mid card characters from multiplatform games.

DOA lost the anime look. Which is a good thing though. I've always liked their anime style but keeping that they can only change so much to the characters looks and make the game look more realistic. The characters all look better now than they have ever looked before.
Pretty sure 5 or 6 characters isn't enough to consider it a VS/Cross game. VF just fits so perfectly in the DOA universe due to their similar gameplay.
