After seeing the huge..HUGE backlash the Xbone has gotten just over the past two days tells me that it's Xbone will be the one that languishes next-gen. And I'm starting to truly believe that MS won't make it out next-gen in one piece. I think Nintendo will have a resurgence and the Steam Box will pick up MS' slack.
Why didn't this get more attention, it was f***ing excellent.
I'm sick of people telling me what I want and the things that I need. Piss off! I bought a gaming console for a specific purpose and that was TO PLAY GAMES. Not to watch TV, or check sports stats or browse the web or Skype, that's what my iPad is for! Stop trying to shove this load of horse crap down my throat and telling me it's what I asked for because I didn't.
Most people are forgetting that if you have an old cable/Sat box many of the new features that you saw simply won't work on the Xbone. You'll still need to use your remote to do many of the things that you saw in the Xbone demo. You should give a call you to your TV provider and see if the Xbone is compat with their tech.
bwahahaha

No used games and the 24hr prison check-in means Xbone is DOA.
he would improve MP gameplay tenfold with just this one new little feature.

"but Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida has now publicly put the whole thing to rest: The PlayStation 4 will not block used game discs from being played."
Drive Club. Just look at the lighting. It looks photorealistic.

This has to be the absolute worst product reveal that I've ever seen.
This gif sums up this entire situation perfectly.

@Sonic20
I actually gasped when I saw the results. lol
I'm kind of partial to Xbone.
Even when you have a rep from MS saying that you need a persistent internet connection to be able to play your games some people *cough*cl1983*cough* still can't accept it. Amazing.
Official word from MS on these issues can be found here. A persistent connection is required. Sorry Xbox fans.

Not true. Sony said the would leave it to companies to decided on the issue of used games but that the PS4 would not block used games on the hardware itself.
Also the PS4 can be played offline indefinitely, games can be launched and played without needing an internet connection present. Those are the main and important differences between the PS4 and Xbone.
Once again MS lied about always connected DRM, lied about blocking used games and all the rumors about ...
I think that hoping for a good E3 from MS died when we found out that xb1 would feature always connected DRM and blocking used games.
Also what's the first thing gamers do when a game uses the rumble motors to 'enhance' gameplay in a game? Turn them off. I don't know of one person who actually likes the rumble feature in controllers.
Wait so you're telling me that the future of console gaming isn't gaming?
lmao!
