Prototype one was a good game, but it, like Assassin's Creed 1, was under-polished. It needed more focus on the story missions, as they were all the same, maybe having a few stealth missions. Enemies also began to get repetitive, there needs to be more soldier types. Of course with the progression of the story Alex could get more powers, like laying down a decoy Alex would be cool, one thing that could also be done are travel forms, imagine a flying form, not the gliding but actual fly...
