Where do consoles remain king exactly?
Why? The PS4 is essentially a PC, it's x86 architecture, the components inside the console can be compared to low to mid range PC hardware because that's exactly what a PS4 is, a low to mid range PC.
Didn't say it was bad, just that the GPU inside the PS4 would be classified as low to mid range in PC hardware terms.
PS4's GPU is less powerful than a $150 GTX 750Ti, hardly call it a beast, low to mid range is what I'd call it.
With Forza Horizon 2, Sunset Overdrive and my most anticipated title, Master Chief Collection releasing this year, why would I trade in my XB1? I'm more inclined to trade in my PS4 as none of the exclusives releasing this year and early next year interest me.
In fact, this article has inspired me to trade in my PS4. PC, Wii U and XB1 is all I need for 2014. Wake me when Uncharted 4 releases so my dust collector, sorry, PS4 will be used again.

Nobody thinks 30 FPS is more cinematic, that's just an excuse developers use to cover up the fact that the hardware is too weak to run the game at 60 FPS, don't tell me that non-sense, nobody believes that.

Locked FPS at 30... So I'm guessing it's an unlocked frame rate then and not locked 60 FPS. Pretty disappointing if true after all the PR statements from Naughty Dog about 1080p 60 FPS.

I don't see any of the consoles selling well in China, majority of gamers in China are PC gamers. Everyone assumed the PS4 would sellout in Japan but it's a complete flop and I expect the same for the Wii U, XB1 and PS4 in China.
There a vast range of genres like MMOs, MOBAs, RTS, shooters, action, adventure, but I don't see how they make them irrelevant? Especially considering that PC exclusives dominate Twitch streams while console exclusives are non-existent.
