OMG....
Some of the excuses about why people hated this game are so bad.
For example

HELLO.....it was OPTIONAL. I never did it and by the end of the game I had loads of good magic to max out my junction system. Thank you island hevean and hell. Really.....what they should of fixed is the fact that the animation to knock them off the ledge is actually quicker then trying to pull them down, even though you do your action first.
I think Cloud needs to be switched for "any FF main character".....not everyone loves Cloud you know, there much better, badass, well developed FF characers out there.
I agree not every game needs online but with Uncharted 2 just throwing the multiplayer in there to see if it would work they spent more time on the single player.
All they need to do is go back to what Uncharted 2s multiplayer was like
No Kickbacks
No loadouts
No Weapon mods
No Upgradable boosters
Just whatever weapon you find lying around the map, your skill and the two boosters to give you a .....well...boos...
I think after like over 100 posts on Zelda Willaims you just loose an interest to give an actual crap.
They do gunplay fine I don't see why people are nitpicking Uncharted to death
Do people really not want Uncharted 3 to have a chance at being GOTY. Your right about them starting from scratch, it wastes more time for them in the long run, they should just take what they've already done right and improve on it rather then change everything about it. The Summer beta was miles better the Subway beta aswell
I want to let everyone know when I say this I still think Uncharted 3s campaign was amaing and on par with Uncharted 2s.
I know people are going to hate me for saying this but with them focusing more on multiplayer this time and trying to compete with the big online games like COD, Halo, Gears of War, Battlefield......don't you think it held them back during the development time to focus moe of the script, the character development and the structure of ther story. Not really the best weapon.....it all depends on what level you are to see how strong the weapons you found are.
Wow....all that money Microsoft put into Kinect when they could of used it for first party studios, new IPs or even something new and differen't......and for what, an early start in sales with Kinect. Now Sony is closing in it seems like a waste to be honest.
Sony played it cool and look whats happened, it's payed off for them in the end

Nope, Sony wouldn't let FF7 go without a fight. I mean they lost Monster Hunter which could of been amazing on the PSV, do you really think they would let a FF7 remake go...................nope
I doubt the PS4 will be that expensive
Sony has learnt their mistake with the PS3 price, look at the PSV they've learnt their lesson
Plus the whole reason the PS3 was expensive in the first place was that Sony invested in the tec behind it, especialy blu ray which at the time was expensive.
So because I prefer playing it on a the series of consoles which the franchise was born on I need to get over myself.

I wouldn't buy it, playing a GTA game on a Nintendo console would feel weird, think I would stick to the PS3. It was like Tomb Raider when that went MP, couldn't play it on the 360, it just didn't feel right.

It's basicaly what people were least expecting before the price was actually announced. Honestly we should be grateful that it's this price.
The 3DS was the same price at launch and it had hardly no launch games and inferior tec....didn't see anyone complain at the time.

That whole "Squall is dead" crap was debunked by Square ages ago. They even said something along the lines of that even though something which happened to Squall would kill a man in real life they didn't want to give off that impression during that scene that he was dead and the events after were just his dream
