This article proves that more than half the people on N4G don't even bother to read an article before they comment. No wonder there is so much misinformation being thrown around this site. People read something someone says in the comments section and then turn around use it as fact on another thread.
The controls feel so smooth once you get used to them. The whole theory behind PS3 not being able to handle the game without slow controls is false. Killzone 1 felt similar. Back then they said the same thing. They wanted weight. Killzone 1 and 2 are all about trying to be realistic.

Why don't we take some time and enjoy Killzone 2 before we start seeing Killzone 3 stuff. We have been waiting almost half a decade for the game. So everyone just relax, spark up a doobie and enjoy The Killzone.
It really is that good. I was expecting a pretty game. I was not expecting revolutionary level design! Killzone 2 blew me away. It is the most realistic shooter ever. Some people may not like it though. It's not an arcade shooter like say Call of Duty. It is a slow, plodding, gritty masterpiece. Hands down though it is the best game of this generation. Just think about how many games this one will influence. There are breakthroughs in level design, lighting, and AI. Unreal engine eat your hea...
I have about 25 people on my list and not one of them has Killzone 2. They are all playing Call of Duty or Madden. Poor bastards.

I agree with the article. There was only like 15 people at the GameStop I went to for Killzone 2's midnight launch.
Sorry dude the 360 is not going anywhere. They have the install base and proven franchises to leach off of for years to come. Just deal with it, MS is in the game to stay.
Dude PS3 needs a price drop yes. But they are not out of the game at all. 360 Barely outsold them this year. If PS3 is in trouble then so is the 360.

Level design, that's what. If you would actually play the game you would find that out. The levels in Killzone feel like living breathing worlds. It's not just the graphics that are detailed. Its the level designs themselves, using the environment for cover etc. Also in terms of AI Killzone is bringing something no one has seen before. The Helghast are some smart SOB's!
