It's probably a 100kb download/update to unlock the game that's kind of like DLC that's present in the game but you have to end up paying for to unlock
I'm not a PC gamer, I'm not able to afford it but anyways, but from what I understand about console vs. PC, PC almost always, if not always, wins by comparison because the settings and the abilities can be suped up due to a PC being upgradable and customizable.
This article probably means the better of the two major next-gen consoles not vs. PC/X-ONE

Not using a console you're gonna be selling rather using a computer while your competition demo's on their respective console, spells trouble to me.

Most of my favorite moments this gen has been from indie games.
There is something pure about indie games, you know. They don't have huge developers and publishers breathing down their neck but what they do have is time which will, most of the time, bring out the quality of the game.
