That was actually very well said, moldy... I've thought you were a hardcore fanboy for a long time. Maybe was wrong.
Anyway... Cudos on a great post.
Lol, Chris...
I don't think people are getting the joke.
Just like my favorite kind of beer... Free.☺
I had never heard of it so I watched some video. Not my cup of tea, but it looks good for those that enjoy this type of thing.
That all makes perfect sense to me. It's always a bit disconcerting when massive changes are made to a series we love. What negates much of my fear is that Balrog who headed up the fantastic God of War II is leading this project. As much as i love the series, I'm sure he loves it even more as he had a hand in its creation, unlike the team that did Andromeda (though I do think that games gets more hate than it deserves).
I think God of War will be great, but I do als...
I'm not salty, opinionated... I was just wondering if you didn't see the dev diaries taking about pacing and gameplay in Hellblade. The fact that they both have the same style of camera does not mean that the two games play the same. I wouldn't worry. Based on the demos that they've shown for God of War looks like it will have the fast paced brutal action that we're used to. Though I am a bit concerned about having an axe instead of the Blades of Chaos.
...
Why did you play Hellblade?.. The game was billed as slow paced and story driven from the get go.
We all know how God of War plays. I can't figure why you are equating these radically different games.
Sadly, developers don't hear from people like us very often. All they see is the throngs of people talking about how more frames per second, or higher resolution is better, so that's what they focus on. 1080p still looks great on anything 100 inches or smaller. Not to say 4k doesn't look better, but at this point I wish developers would spend resources elsewhere.
I think I'm one of the very few people here, if not the only one, that does not care for 60 frames per second. In my opinion it looks to smooth. Cheap almost... Like it was shot like a soap opera.
The PS4 edition of The Last of Us starts out with 60 fps on, and I couldn't stand it. I was very happy to see that I could go into settings and shut it off. With it on, the gritty feel was just somehow gone.
I'd rather resources were spent on lighti...
I'll defenatly agree with not being as grown up as I sometimes think I am Lol. I still do many things that even I consider childish. On the other hand, I'm turning into a grumpy old man at the same time. Damn kids with their crazy music.
I guess I should better explain. It does not look like something that would appeal to me. It looks like something that would appeal to a child. I no longer play with matchbox cars, I don't play in the sandbox anymore, and I don't watch Saturday morning cartoons. Not because there is something wrong with any of those things, or that I would be embarrassed to do so, but because I don't find those things interesting anymore. I was not trying to shame anyone that is interested in this...
In my opinion, it looks somewhat childish. I've grown beyond such thing. I may brew very wrong though.
She's done a great job with her cosplay.
What the hell is Shemune?
Lol
I don't know. That happens here sometimes.
That doesn't sound very smart.
I do understand that people wanted something more unique to their story, but I can't see how that could have been done. If they had only checked out the ending that they chose, and not went back to watch the other two immediately they would not have been so upset.
Lol. I am begining to believe that Bigpappy is being completely sarcastic in all his comments just to amuse himself. There is no way that he can actually believe the things he says.
Good one pappy.
