I have never seen people drooling and super hyped over a game, that's not a part of a known franchise, when they didn't see a SINGLE gameplay footage or demo. Sorry but color me skeptic. Want me to get impressed then show me some gameplay then maybe I'll buy a ticket for the hype train.
I think the main reason everyone hated MS making IE "free" those days because the only reason they did it was because Natscape said no when MS offered them to become a part of them. It was very well known that MS did it in order to kill netscape. But whatever man . it's in the past now.

I am gonna go with $60 a year. I think MS has pulled off the greatest move in gaming history. They actually found a way to charge for services that are other wise free on other platforms. Well they were looking for a way to charge for web browsing ever since the days of netscape. BRAVO MS! Keep up the good work.

A buddy of mine says that it looks great but it wares thine after a while and you pretty much end up using the same combo over and over again. I have this game pre ordered but I think that I gonna wait until it gets cheaper in price or until I have my gaming PC next year.

It really does not matter which version id the "superior" but that gamers across the board will get to enjoy this wonderful game. That's what's important.

To me Solid Snake is a much more fully realized character then Sam Fisher. As someone who played all the SC games it seems to me that Ubisoft have a little bit of an identity crisis with Sam's character. His personality have just been far too inconsistent then Snake's. It seems to me that Ubisoft just have no clue what they want him to be. They started him off a loyal government operative. Have you ever of something called Art Direction? Both games were going for a specific look and I think they achieved it. It's really two games that have nothing in common save for being labeled with in the same genre. MGS4 had it's flaws but as far as I am concerned it was a wonderful melody of gameplay, graphics, and story telling. SCC while being a very good game went more to the "Jason Borne" route and I wasn't too pleased with that.
