Well if you want some damn suspense, how about removing the running feature and give me god damn movement and strafing while walking and shooting.

I must say in this game looks as if it can scare the heck out of me if I was playing it after midnight. Seriously tho whole idea even is genious. Reminds me of the movie 30 days of night, in which they are stuck in a frozen land with vampires.
