That's EXACTLY what I've been thinking to myself. Taking into consideration the timer doesn't end until the afternoon and the press conference for MS starts @ 10:25AM since E3 takes place in the Pacific Time Zone @ Los Angeles.
Some people are so unjustifyingly convincing Kojima's timer is directly correlated with MS's press conference. It really doesn't make any sense to me. *sigh*

Honestly, that's the ONLY thing that makes me wonder about the authenticity of the PS3 slim box.
From the inFamous trailer, the Spider-Man font is still being used, while the PS3 slim box uses a font extremely similar to that of the PSP and PS2, but slightly rounded off on the edges.
That's my only big gripe about the proposed PS3 slim box.
Honestly, I think it is.
FYI, this game is also coming out for the PSP and PS2!

I absolutely LOVE the new look of the PS Store. The blue glow around the selected box looks really good. Four thumbs up for Sony. :)
