Expect your comment to be labelled as "Trolling" along with all the rest who imply it only "raises the bar" on the 360 and doesn't totally dominate. XD
Yeah man, where's the question about Z.O.E? I'm sure Kojima said a while ago that it was part of his plans. No reason to think it still wouldn't be but even so... would be nice to hear SOMETHING about it!
I don't care what ANY review says on this game, I was sold when they announced the sequel and even more so when I saw actual gameplay.
Hard to explain, but I just had a good feeling that I would not be disappoint.
I remember JD_360360 said pretty much the same thing on the forums before Black Ops released (in response to a thread claiming the PS3 version was a port):
"...The engine we have is a cross-platform engine. That means most of the game code works the same, regardless of which of the platforms it's running on... The different platforms are developed concurrently, and released simultaneously on a single development cycle, by a single lead studio (us)."
M$ are paying for exclusive advertising and timed exclusive DLC, not a higher quality game overall - although from the state of Black Ops you could be forgiven for thinking otherwise...
It's a nice thought, but I doubt it. M$ has latched onto the COD series and won't be letting go any time soon.
Machinima also factors in to an extent - Black Ops being a prime example. All the goons like SkeleHutch and Seabanners play on Xbox 360, therefore all the little kiddies will follow suit. Josh "JD_360360" Olin also loves Hutch and the 360, but that doesn't really matter. Point is, they feed off each other so... why stop now?
Josh Olin is a fork-tongued weasel.
The better version... you mean with all the modders, hackers and glitchers?
Have fun!
Well said.
If they do plan to hold a beta test, they should make it across all platforms.
It could also be a fashion-changer as well, considering you need to wear tight clothes for optimum efficiency. XD
And yet somehow, games like God of War 3, both Uncharteds, MLB 10, Infamous, Demon's Souls etc etc manage to look bigger and far better than anything on the 360...
Plus you forgot to add the $50 Live fee, proprietary cables, batteries and an adaptor for Kinect if you have an older 360 amongst other things... ;)
It is amazing that M$ sells systems to be honest, considering how low-quality the hardware is, overpriced peripherals, essentially manipulating pe...
The article is so ridiculously absurd that anyone agreeing with it can only be a fanboy or a troll... or both.
Pot, meet kettle. :)
The Eyetoy will probably work better too.
A $150 Eyetoy rip-off is going to seal the PS3's fate...

...Nah.
As opposed to Forza 3 where cars balance vertically on their bumpers, phase shift into the tarmac and time can be magically rewound when little Jimmy makes a boo-boo? Nevermind the fact it didn't even have a gearshift animation on release day? Sure thing champ. XD
Hmm, indeed. :)
Perhaps '...does make one angry with those who are more accomplished in the pursuit of perfection.' would be more appropriate.
Remember, perfection is a road - not the destination!
"I think the decision to do this was made before their announcements last year."
Was it, was it really? I'm impressed.
If it's any consolation I'm really loving DW: Gundam 2 on my PS3 right now and looking forward to Front Mission Evolved also. :)
"And that's what we've done with Call of Duty Elite. At last count, all four of the CoD games between 2007-2010 are currently in the top ten on Xbox Live, and they need us to figure out a way to bring those discrete communities together."
Ohh... I take it the PC and PS3 players don't really count then? Quite a glaring omission there.
