I laughed at your silly comment. Uncharted 2 was released in 2009. I'm not sure if you remember but 2009 saw the release of Arkham Asylum, Assassins Creed 2 and many others which were great games. So it did have competition.
Sorry but GTA IV was the most overhyped game this generation and I can see the same thing happening here. Especially when open world games get boring so fast .

Am I the only one that wants another Joel and Ellie story. After that to be continued ending we got they have to continue it because he lied to her we need to see what happens after that because it was a VERY BIG LIE.
I feel its a total wast creating such great characters and then just let us forget them.
I still think I will get bored in less than a month of playing. These open-world games are a blast but they get very boring really fast. I remember playing Red Dead and it was fantastic but in less than 3 weeks I was bored out of my mind. I didnt even explore more than 60% of the game.
I thought I was the only one who was like this I have been holding it off for something special.I want the Last of Us to be my final platinum on my Playstation 3.
The last of us is the best single and multiplayer I have played this Gen and the MP is very underrated. Very hard to have a a good that does both aspects right. This is is why TLoU si the best game I have ever played.
I am pretty sure I am not the only one who would love to see more of the last of us or uncharted. Yes new IPs are great but Its hard to abandon these great charafters in both games.

I remember Neil Druckman said that he meant Joel and Ellies story is done in terms of them trying to get a cure. He didnt mean for them to go away I think we are stil going to get these characters in a sequel I just dont see the games without them.
