PC version will be best for frame rate and graphics
It's been known for along time that Steamworks PS3 and PC players can be on same Server. (even Mac users)
Also M$ turned SteamWorks down as they only want 360 players playing with 360 players.

all cod games are just MODS from MW1, thats why graphics are dated and why you don't see big changes. COD games are just lazy edited MW1 bugy games...
