If you can only afford one game a month then Killzone 3 is definitely the better choice. Dunno what they were thinking going up against it like that.
However if you only have an Xbox then you have no choice. Let me just say that again... you have NO CHOICE with xbox.
Not if the last few years are anything to go by.
Edit: the recent offers and possible PS3 price drop will ensure 2011 is another victory for Sony and probably the silver sales medal in the fanbolympics.

Why is there an article every time a store puts out a placeholder price? Come on, the writer must know that they're just guessing and have no more information on the official price than we do.
I haven't had the time to play DCUO yet but it looks AMAZING!
PS3 is a must-buy for any gaming enthusiast, movie lover, 3D aficionado, audiophile and at these prices it's insane not to own one.
Anyone who calls themselves a gamer should own this console, price is no longer an excuse.

Makes me think of certain other reviews and how they can take a bite out of an apple and tell us it tastes like an orange all they want. True gamers are smart and will eventually call out their hit mongering horse poop.
A millions uses, shame gaming is not it's strong point.

There's the problem right there it takes a while to adapt to the move controls. It's amazing when you do though!
The Xbox isn't gonna disappear just because of this as MS have focused on the casual market now. They have basically handed the core audience to Sony.
So now the shooter kiddies will be buying PS3s but the xbox will still be around, charging people to play online and setting peoples houses on fire, just like before.
The game is a masterpiece and deserves all the sales it gets. I think people will appreciate this game more then they did KZ2, the media and xbox fanboys had a frenzy with that one. They can't put this one down so much because its just so good. Congratulations Guerrilla Games.
