Ikkitousen is a lame fighting anime series (mostly girls) which originally has been a hentai game. So the show provides a great amount of fanservice and ecchi (means: a lot of nudity). That might explain the figurine a bit better.

There was fog (yes, a weather situation) in the xbox 360 version of the same scene, meanwhile, it was sunny in the PS3 version.
