I agree; with a game like AC4 the next gen systems are already lacking in the graphic department compared to PC. Even though consoles are not in the same field as a PC but at least I thought they could max out a game like AC4 for next gen systems kinda disappointing.
Sound like you describing COD:Ghost but minus the graphics because that's what I get from COD Games.
You can just re-download the games if you have PS+ from your download history problem solved.
