I dont know who has the right to the games but I know that at one point MS and Epic were fighting over the rights to it. MS saying they owned the rights and Epic of course saying that they owned the rights to thier game. They seemed to have come to some kind of agreement over it as they are working together again .
I dont see what the big deal is either and as far as misleading go at least I know what the ad is for. I couldnt tell you what half the ads on tv are for anymore. However I do think MS should break up there market place movies so you know what ones are rents and what ones you can save to your xbox.

GT5P was rumored to have over 2 million pre orders in the uk and going by vgcharts yes I know they are not the best it sold about 385k in the 1 week in "others" (other meaning every place that isnt the us or japan)

Why Darkness and Bioshock are the only 2 games on that list really worth playing. Both Halo and R2 are boring as hell from start to finish a total waste of time. CoD4 is almost just a boring a few cool cg's in between lvls and some fairly impressive graphics keeps it from being a complete waste
I agree. I dont think any waepon will ever top the lightsaber in pure coolest. One of the biggest parts of the lightsaber is the way it sounds and bullets and a chainsaw just dont sound cool

From something else I heard I was actually thinking that this my be MS big bombshell surprise of E3 and might even be out this year. I really do hope its a Marcus Fenix prequel I'd love to know what the hell he did that he was locked a in a cell and they kept him there even in the middle of a war and why he is "the Marcus Fenix".
