I was wondering the same thing.I think it's because the servers aren't up until the game releases.
Tho they could of just put of special servers for reviewers..but than there wouldn't be enough people to play and rate the game fairly i suppose.
You can change the camera angle at any time, in any scene, by pressing L1.
And i assume you haven't seen the giant areas in HR such as the Mall
(with hundreds of highly detailed characters)
