heres the problem its not going to be a fighting game. Its an going to be an action game. This news is good and bad in a way though, heres why beginning with the bad:
guilty gears was a fighting game yes but the style of the 2d art and the frantic pace of action that was going on during the matches is what made guilty gears great. i doubt they would be able to replicate that with a 3d story. *hope im wrong though*

I dont think M$ would do a 100$ price drop. could see maybe 50$. That still makes the console 150$ cheaper than the PS3 and more attractive (price-wise) than the PS3.

This game looks utterly amazing! Im glad some Japanese developers have decided to support the 360. Hopefully this game as well as others push 360 sales in Japan and we get more IPs from the land of the Rising Sun!
Ive already lost two consoles to the rings of death but you know what? If my PS3 died on me tomorrow I wouldnt be as upset as I would if my 360 died. Mainly because THERES NOTHING TO PLAY on my PS3. Right now its just a Blu ray disc player, this might change with the fall/winter line up coming out but right now its hard to justify playing the PS3. I dont know. Unless this game has online play its not going to be very fun. Its not fun on the PS3, and i doubt it will be fun on the 360. Its characters are corny and boring. Not a very fun experience.

That M$ is giving its consumers what they want. They wanted bigger hard drives, M$ says heres 120gb. They wanted HDMI, here, hell well even throw in the cables. Heres what i dont understand, is that this Sony VP of marketing is saying that Sony already has an "elite" experience, when there are only a handful of games, and only 3-4 of them are any good. for an "elite" system i would hardly call this an "elite" experience. Maybe in a few months when they actually put some games out for the PS3 but right now, this is just a blu ray player that plays games.
