Yes if they wee pushing it as a selling point then it would matter if two or more can game at once, since literally it would be almost No different than what we have today except the physical handling of a disc

Used games SELL new games. Without used games there would be less new games. Devs need to worry about making good epic games that people cherish and wanna keep, not a level with microtransactions and DLC to unlock the rest of the game

That reason will be the reason for it's demise. This console offers absolutely no advantage in "gaming" than the other and is well documented plagued by pr crap. Stick to the MS guns of 499 and be stubborn like the Sega Saturn. History repeats itself. Overpriced with a useless camera and being "budget" are two different things
Price reductions on games that have been out for 5+ years, not games that have been out for 6 months at retail. Games are too expensive to be an all digital, locked format.
Exactly, this is why getting rid of physical is the #1 priority of pubs. Wanting to sell you a license that is never really yours, especially if you're not connected. This is why MS deserved to lose and this is why you're "cloud" excuse is just a MS marketing ploy. Prove it
MS didn't listen to fans, they listened to sales figures. After seeing Sony overwhelm sales they switched and are trying to blame us the gamers. Even the pubs started jumping on PS4.
Dude MS did this after the pre order numbers. You are the minority, so to them you're not worth it and the old MS views for the X1 domination didn't go as planned so they follow the leader, being PS4.

I'm sure they'll try to strike first, ala Saturn, but will it be enough? Will Microsoft withstand the negative press? Will gamers fall for the marketing ploy and buy on impulse? Will the casual market embrace a new hybrid box stacked on top of the other electronic devices they have no room for now?
