My 40" Samsung has those same "touch" sensitive buttons as yours lol had to wallmount it so my kid would stop touching it
Plus I love how I have all the resolutions on the PS3 checked off and my TV picks the correct one for me(MGS4 = 1080p, Uncharted = 720p, etc)
Samsung + LCD = Orgasm
lol u guys are predicting low scores to ease the "blow" IF these reviewers have the gall to do so. It's funny
However, I'm pretty sure the graphics, animations, superb cover system, robust online (with ranking system) should be enough to keep this game within the high 8's and 9's range.
Either way, this won't change my opinion, i'm there DAY 1!
Visually, Banjo was breathtaking... when I first played the demo I was completely impressed. But my enthusiasm for the game dropped dramatically when I noticed that the game was moreso building and using vehicles rather than traditional platforming.
Now I'm all for taking games in new directions but they strayed too much from the norm and somewhere along the lines, the game no longer felt like a "banjo" game to me. Now that's not essentiallly a bad thing if it's done ...
what leaked footage??!
EDIT:
Ok I found it... and i think Remedy is just blowing smoke here. What are the odds that the gameplay would resemble the same exact forest, pistol, and flashlight found in the screenshots on AlanWake.com(as well as where my avatar is from)
If it's truly not Alan Wake then I want both Alan Wake and whatever game that "leaked" footage was from
don't worry, I'm there day 1. RE = my favorite gaming franchise
Didn't crash mine.
RE5 only plays like RE4...
Resident Evil: 0 to Resident Evil 3 all play completely different (but have the same premise *Humans v Zombies*)... RE4 is where capcom reinvented the RE series and RE5 takes it further
I own Dark Sector so I guess I know what you mean, but I'm fine with the controls. It never bothered me with the GC controller for part 4 and I definitely felt right at home with RE5 when I played it.
I don't know.. I loved the demo when I played it when it came out on the Japanese marketplace
the graphics were jaw dropping, the action was intense (especially when it felt like the ammo was scarce) and the gameplay itself was reminiscent of RE4 (which was my 2nd favorite game last generation behind Gran Turismo 3)
However, I hope this is the last of the "action" RE and they go back to the classic survival horror roots that they were known for.
...
They see the offer that's touted on the NXE that offers a 20gb harddrive + 3 months of xbox live for $29.99 and buy it if they so choose
But your logic is a bit off in disputing his claim because he can easily counter using your argument and say that Sony knew some PS3 systems would malfunction thus providing the "Yellow" light that indicates when something is wrong. See what I did there?
LMAO!
LEGO BATMAN???
lol oh well.. It's a start! (or an end depending on how u view it lol)
I was one of them lol
$499.99 for a PS3 80GB (with BC), DS3, MGS4, -$100 for using a sony card for a grand total of $435 (or around there) = WIN in my opinion
I've played the demo myself on the 360 and it is visually stunning..
I just can't see how people can say it's ugly but... everyone's opinion is different i guess
*slaps forehead again*
I can't believe what I'm reading... RE5 = bad graphics?
*slaps hand against forehead*
What's the box?
to be honest, you'd be hard pressed to find any game on any platform that can come close to what God of War offers as far as gameplay, QTE action sequences, engrossing story, etc.
As a 360 owner myself (having played a lot of 360 games), I have no idea if there are any games that can come close and that's me being honest.
Whatever they announce I hope they aren't "arcade" exclusive titles
wow it's been so long since I've been on Home... this will give me a reason :)
