i haven't played mgs4 in awhile, def not a killer app, i'm gonna sell it soon. there are alot of better ps3 games, and just getting into a game is a hassle
Most of the girls i know who "game" own Wii's, few that own ps3/360 only use it for Rock Band , Guitar Hero etc etc.
but i have male genitalia and only use my 360 for rockband and guitar hero...until gears 2 is out :O <---------8 8-----D (o)(o)

by the time they get all the kinks out and are finished the final product it is going to have to compete with games of 2010. considering games like farcry2 and crysis which are currently demonstrating technological bliss that adds to gameplay, this is gonna get owned when it is released.
i am canadian and have seen how my country fails. usa's michael phelps has more medals alone than our whole damn country.
i think that with a lower population than other countries we might be at a disadvantage.
canada has around 30million people, usa has over 300millions give or take 2-4 million illegal immigrants
we also don't spend as much money training our athelets, but i don't really care about my countries olympic success anyway

i have been a pc gamer since i was 2, but i also play alot of consoles. When pc gaming had developers creating titles that utilized pc specific features it was good. they could afford to make pc exclusives because there was not as much piracy and games were cheaper to dev.
now most developers realize their game will not always be a AAA title. So they cut quality by dividing up dev teams to create console water'down game.
these devs are just lazy and blame piracy...
i have a ps3 and 360, yet i still enjoy pc gaming alot. Since the time i was 3 i was playing pc games, and i find that pc gaming offer more to the gamers. Console games don't offer you the tools and sdk's needed to expand the longevity of games. Having the community of gamers creating content that drives the gamers coming back is what i think pc gaming is about.

yes, making crysis warhead a full retail game would possibly boost interest and sales, but for the people who are looking at crysis warhead already have the original or are looking for a substantial upgrade to lay down some ill graphics are going to buy the original. they give away crysis in some gpu's anyways. and there is also torrents

i like my ds, but it would suck trying to run gta
the controls are gonna be abysmal, and the graphics are going to be limited by the low space in the ds carts. it won't be gta, it will just suck.
ds has soo much potential much like the n64 but the limited cart size ment that devs had to use lower res textures and limited the poly count. n64's hardware demolished the psone but if it used cd's then we could have seen awsome games. imagine zelda if it was on cd's :O
wii is far too weak to even run the euphoria physics engine. It couldn't even render rages huge draw distance

old roms don't affect the industry, most titles i have downloaded aren't even available to purchase. Or i hate lost the game or it has been damaged
