Youtube linustechtips is a good start but you can look up videos on builds within your price range and then video on assembling a custom gaming pc. That's how I did it when I swore off prebuilt big box brand computers. Now I have a beast PC that I built myself and enjoy very much.

K the only two things I have to point out in that list that are not really necessary IMO:
1- rockstar knows the PC community will not care for it without mod support as compared to when it does so I wouldn't worry there are other things that can replace it on the list.

Well they would be disrespecting the very many PC players who bought halo 1 and 2 for the PC and loved it. I for one was a long time halo 1 player on the PC. I never did own the original xbox. I would like to see more fluid climbing and better controls. Outside of that the game was astounding IMO. I love the death scenes as they add a more adult as well as twisted niche to Lara Crofts story.

Honestly it's a whole different (better) experience than 4 years ago. I support both Nvidia and AMD but I tend lately to lean on the nvidia side I've bought 3 cards series in a row that's a first for me.

Hey more players mean more money for them which in turn gives us better and more content more frequently. I've been an advocate of crossplatform multiplayer since both ps3 and xbox360 joined the MP bandwagon. Games would have a longer mp life cycle that way.

I would also like to add that when they released FFXI for 360 it gave the game new life and servers were back to being busy and full of stuff to do.
That or the fact pc controls way better for war thunder than the DS4. There is a major reason they wont allow fps crossplay, if they did the console players would get destroyed 80% of the time. That could all be solved now that x86 is the norm if they would just integrate mouse and keyboard function for ps4 and x1.
I've been saying for quite a while now that if square-enix wants to make up the cash for their past flops just remake the grand 3 FF's from ps1 (7.8.9) and they'll have shittons of cash rolling in.

That is a pre-rendered scene usually like the short videos they show in the beginning of the game or if you let your controller sit for too long. While it looks good don't expect it to look like that unless they decided to use the modified crysis engine for it.
For those wondering the difference between ultra textures and high textures is so minimal that I guarantee you'll not even notice it after a minute. Dude the optimization is not about the graphics you tool. It's about how badly the frames dip causing severe stuttering which doesn't matter if your on PC or console it gets unbearable. The consoles are not experiencing this problem cause of course ubisoft gave 0 f**ks about PC off the bat as usual.
