I agree with you on that, as the Wii U is too expensive. And I bet that the high price is because of the tablet controller.

Those are some of the games that I plan to buy actually. I agree, and that´s also why I´m keeping an close eye on the NX console ;)
More adult games would do Nintendo good imo. Bring in Project Brutality and Brutal Doom for the NX console ffs xD
The Zelda and Star Fox game (s) are a must buy for me at least.
I hardly doubt that Nintendo wants to make the same mistake as SEGA did when they pulled the plug on the Mega Drive (in favor for favor for SEGA Saturn). Exactly, I need to know more about the NX console though. As I would like to know how big of a difference there will be between the NX and the Wii U console.
Word on that, and I´m going to admit that I´ve been waiting longer then I should to buy a Wii U. However, I plan to do so in the near future (I had tons of fun with Mario Kart 8 just recently, so it´s a must buy for me).

Fair enough, it still remains to be seen what the out come will be. Personally, I would love to have a Dreamcast 2 console happen (with new and old SEGA games via download, with tons of extras).
As I´ve spoken to everyone in the team (besides Shane De Lumeau), they are pretty hardcore dedicated to make Project Dream successful. So they're going to take this one step at a time, kind of like that, yes. So we can only wait and see how far Project Dream will go, it seems like SEGA has started to talk to them though.

Yes, you don´t need the original Doom games. However, if you want to play Doom 1, 2 and Final doom in PB. Then you must own that original Doom IWAD files.
Now that you mentioned, yes. It does remind me about "Star Control", and since I enjoyed those games. I might as well give Stars in Shadow a go as well ;)
I talked to the devs this morning. They were really sad of course. However, they told me that "Lithic" might come back in the future. And right now Flintlock Studios is working on another title. So we can only wish them the best of luck with everything.
