nahh I just bought the PC version since it was $8 and I wanted to check it out. Max settings on the PC are not really that close to the Definitive Edition screenshots.

They mix fine if done right just look at Quantic Dream's games.

Where did he say it looks great? He said he'll give the game designer the benefit of the doubt because of his past work and it looks fun...
But that is all a remaster is. Just like if a movie is remastered its just better image quality and sound nothing else is changed.

I don't think you understand the defintion of pandering. Making all those side games and movies was milking FF VII but it was not pandering... No one was asking for all those games/movies, you can say that FF VII is pandering thou
@animalia McDonalds/other american fast food, Movies, Music, Coke, etc etc. There are many american products that sell well there if they interest the Japanese people. Xbox just doesn't, its not like is isolated to Japan, Xbox1 sells poorly anywhere out of the US/UK.
How is it the same deal? MS is publishing ROTTR and marketing it. No where has it been said they are supplying any money for producing the game.

Regardless of who "won" his whole premise is flawed. We don't know the actually number of preorders just % jump. A game with a lower % jump could easily have more preorders before and after e3.
Forza jumped 1000% while U4 only jumped 500; does that mean Forza is selling better or even more then U4?
It's a fun game, not one that I think of for a remaster but if someone hadn't played it, I'd say check it out depending on the price.

So a guy sees a nuke blow up wakes up 200 years later with no other living person or animal in sight. The world totally destoryed and everyone he knew and loved is dead. And only his robotic butler and a random dog is left and that is not depressing enough of a start for you because it has pretty colors?

Assassin's Creed has definitely been moving away from what made it an AC game in the first place but I have enjoyed them so I can't complain.
