Five ps3 accounts one japan one australia one Europe two American ( forgot my sign on and user name when I bought a slim ps3)so started a new account. Only one is active. The Aussie one. The rest are idle so I can see the ps3 stores. Many others would be like this so 60 million is far fetched. I would think 20 million are duplicate and 10 million are for psp. So 30million is pretty fair
