With all the info the fans are getting during the development, I'm not sure there will be much to show in the "behind the scenes dvd". :)
It'd still be interesting to see some of the units/skills that were not shown.
Indeed, congrats to Russell for taking the time.
I agree, the current concept behind Crimecraft doesn't sit well with me...
Well, I grew up with LAN - not just SC, but Diablo and Diablo II as well - so this is kind of hard to take at the moment.
It's not going to stop me from buying SC2 though.
I think this is a very good idea.
That's good, I loved ItemRack, cool to have it in the UI
I would think it to get a little repetitive for the art designers to have to redo various models over and over. Though they probably get used to it, and might even get some satisfaction out of it.
It just shows that one should not take the earlier art as any indication of what the game will look like when complete. These new models are looking very good.
Hopefully they can add all these art upgrades without needing to boost the sys specs :)
Some of the more recent changes are among the most interesting to me at the moment. It'll be interesting to see how balanced the three races feel after all these amendments.
@Leord
Yea, the article. :) Fortunately, the Zerg was the last race announced so should "theoretically" have the least number of changes.
We need to bide our time somehow :)
@thetamer
Hopefully the Zerg doesn't take this long though.
What seemed like eternity for this one to get out! Though I think it was worth the wait...
I agree, it's good when books of this nature are written.
At least we now know the beta won't come before this date :\
True. Hopefully the wait is over soon so we can stop speculating on all this!
You and me both. I don't think I've ever waited this impatiently for a game - ever. :)
I personally like the added beta comment (Q3), since it gives us a small insight into how strict the NDA *might* be when the game is released.
I think it would depend if they have enough content for additional "extras" that were not included with the first release.
Either way, I too will likely be purchasing all Collectors Editions.
