As someone who has played a bunch of destiny but has criticized it from its launch, I hope they leave the characters behind.
Destiny as it is is fairly complete now but destiny 2 needs to avoid the same problems that its predecessor has had to suffer from.
First off, they need to make every activity (strikes, raids, PoE, and even patrol) flexible with its power cap so that after every new update or DLC could constantly update the light system or whateve...
Except they're not displaying any arrogance here. Simply the legalities of business.
Unfortunately no. EA might be waiting till that rumored ME remaster drops but thats just speculation.
I think its because of it releasing as a finished product while still being in an alpha state. That and the graphics and framerate on the current-gen consoles is pretty bad as well as the poor controller menu functionality.
The game is fun to be sure but it really should've been a game preview type thing.
Im waiting for the rest of both the mass effect and dead space series to come out already.
Great time to get halo 5 with firefight around the corner. Fun game overall.
I've played it and I think it's great. Yeah it's had performance problems and other issues but honestly, I'd rather these problems happen now than in final release.
The controls are nearly identical to hw 1 with a few buttons being different.
From what I've played, it feels like halo wars 1. They say they dont like the game because the units are all wrong? That brutes dont go crazy, spartans arnt as overpowered as the halo 5 cinematics? Brutes ...
Yeah, but does she make recreated game environments in Unreal Engine 4?
I view halo 5 like I do Batman v superman. It's definitely not as bad a thing that everyone claims it is, but it worked to much to be a filler/set up for the next main iteration. That and its other issues.
Depending on how well they write the future of both franchises, the future could be either great or bleak. Im hoping for the first one.
Yeah if they decide to do something different with the campaign this time this could be the first time I've enjoyed a cod campaign since blops 1. I hope they move away from a shallow campaign and go with a more emotional story.
I know there is intelligent alien races in the game but I wonder if there will be randomly generated intelligent races or only preselected ones. If they are randomly generated, then I'll be alterniabound!
KH 3 needs some aqua cuz I need to see her again. Set the wayfinder trio free.
The new city map will only be available for the warzone assault gametype.
Not everyday you see something homestuck related on here. Hope this change will be good for the games outcome. Ive been waiting a while for this game.
Yep. I had evidence from the dlc, introduction of microtransactions, lack of future dlc in favor of timed events with heavy microtransaction focus, lack of meaningful updates and complete miscommunication and dishonesty between them and the community.
But this is it right here. This much money for a level boost is really something. Bungie really got washed up in activision's greed. Goodluck with Destiny 2 guys.
Because of one word buddy.
"Narrative"
It doesnt matter if the facts dont make sense. Its the same story with these people.
How bout I fight for the most bang for my buck? God with most of these AAA games shafting us with cut content, dlc abuse, nonexistent developer transparency and overall shallowness, you would think that these "Gaming" journalists would be on our side.
-Variety is excellent I agree with the author, awesome opinion pieces
Waiting for dead space 2 and mass effect 2 & 3, please!
