Another trilogy? Next thing you'll be telling me they'll remake the original.
Way I see it Sony really wanted to gain consumer confidence for the PSVita. It's new, it's competing against the 3DS they want to make sure PSVita has a lasting impression for it so that when it finally releases people will remember at least one of the things they showed on E3.
They wanted to make sure that if pepole were going to talk about their products they're going to talk about the products the hardware they want to sell and hold back on the software.
Riiiiiiidge Racer!!!
I only dislike him saying First because the spacing between the word and the exclamation points is unnecessarily excessive.
He's talking about the DLC that's in the article, aka the klassic skins which are in the disc.
I see your point but that in my opinion is what those "Look Back" reviews are for. The thing is patches over the course of a game's life end up significant but more often than not they present it bit by bit. A reviewer of games should take into account those that still don't have access to upgrading their games via patches.
What say a game ships with an unavoidable game breaking glitch, if they wait for a patch to review and said offline gamer sees the revie...
Wait so revelations will spend more time developing Desmond as a character but we still get to play as Ezio as he plays as Altair.
An Assassin within an Assassin within an Assassin
You can't really blame some reviewers though I remember one N4g User who had his own game site told us about how much more difficult the system is than it seems I'll try to find it for ya'll
But basically the gist of his comment was that they still work like your regular 9 to 5 person but unlike some bigger sites they won't be able to get enough time playing all the games they need to review to meet their quota that they end up reading some of the bigger site...
Reviewers shouldn't wait for patches they reviewing this for potential consumers and that includes consumers who don't even have the option of going online.
Yes in this day and age some people still can't go online. So if a reviewer waits for a patch to review a game than they'll be sending information that might trick offline users into buying it only to realize they were misinformed.
My ones are Skyrim, ME3, Deus Ex, Witcher 2, and Kingdoms of Amalur. The latter one is based on a pure interested in concept notion by the way.
I just can't understand hypocrites
@CraigGOA
and you seem to forget how dominant the PS2 was over it's competition. Even if EA decides to go exclusive now the fact that the install base of both 360 and PS3 are quite comparable the whole Sega situation is improbable to happen.
You're going under the assumptions that all the factors that led to the demise of Sega as a hardware manufacturer are and will be present with Sony.
Digital game spending only amounts to about 9% of where the customers spend their money across all platforms (source: IHS Screen Digest 2011) so DLC sales are growing but not to the point that it would force Sony to drop the price as hardware costs more to make than software it is more plausible that Sony would maintain the price of the PS3 and just holding their ground despite lack of digital sales.
I don't think Sony would drop the PS3 price because as in the link in my...
Maintaining sales isn't that much of a problem it seems

They have to save something for the sequel am I right
I've heard from some friends that the game was laggy online so I just assume it'd be just as laggy on PSN thereby not making it a loss.
I bought it regardless on PS3 despite the PSN downtime because I am much more used to buying games on my PS3 it's a habit.
Can't go online, disappointing but I can live with it long enough for PSN to come back up. If there is one thiing my month long outfield exercise taught me it's that if I can wait more...
Or maybe the guy just wanted to have fun since the topic title asked to "Guess". Maybe he thought others would guess as well then everyone will see it together like the one big happy gaming family that we are...
minus the happy of course.
But were not in 07-08 and still when it comes to these things I'd rather have my console in front of me with the problem being only a part of the consoles function as opposed to it being away waiting for it to be replaced where even the option of singleplayer is non-existent.
To be honest the only way I would choose between the two is if I get RRoD now and see how long it takes me too get it replaced compared to how long PSN is down and I'm not even putting the price into the mix in that equation.
Yup. Do you guys still label them as the disagree fairy. That's what I remember them being called when I was more active here on the mainsite.
