Is this only an issue if you download games? I'm not a mobile gamer and I usual go physical with Nintendo games because I sell them when I'm done and they have awesome resell value usually. I don't see this being an issue for me but I get why people are ticked off. Just thought I would throw in that it doesn't matter to me. Anyone else out there with the same situation?
