Yes their consoles have limited backward compatibility to the previous generation. But that still means that people who are upgrading to their newest console can still take the games they have in their previous consoles collection and play it on the new one.
So it's beneficial to their customers at the end of the day, whichever way you want to swing it.
You are talking a load of crap. Please, stop lying to yourself, and stop lying to us.
I'd never heard of Fragile Dreams until I saw your post. Now metacritic isn't the be all and end all when it comes to games, but it does have a 67 rating, which tells me it's not something that wowed too many people.
Maybe that's why I never heard of it.
I think there's certainly some refinement needed, it does look great except for the bouncing hair effect. As it is I think I'll leave it for the moment. It's a beautiful game without it anyway.
Yeah, that single head is amazing. I can't wait to push some buttons in sequence and move my joypad in a circular motion to get through his next interactive film.
@WarThunder
I've played it for a few hours now, and it's an amazing game. Shame you don't like it and all that, but that's just your opinion. And I don't care for your opinion too much really.
Cool. Nice to see it getting worked on.
Would be great to have some moderation used in here, the amount of trolling from those above is ridiculous.
No, I will remember X3 on pc for far longer. Because it is a huge game with tons to do and immense re playability, and for the fact that there is nothing else like it on consoles.
That's the game I'll remember.
People are not going to buy games that they aren't interested in just to 'support' Activision.
I can think of better companies to support than Activision.
I've got all the consoles, including the Wii U, and a gaming pc, and I don't buy COD on any of my platforms. Because I think COD is a stinking pile of crap.
Where do I fit in with this assumption that Nintendo fans are all talk?
Anyone can play his games, doesn't mean they have to like them.
@koehler83
'Let's not forget that it was Sony that invented the concept of console backward compatibility'
No that would be Atari, with the Atari 7800.
What is a 'core' game?
Lovely looking game.
'I never even used a cd in a ps1. '
I did, when I played Vib-Ribbon.
Yeah that was a great game for its time. One of the first fps games to give you very large areas to take advantage of. Although I remember it having some excessive spawning in places, which is one of my pet hates when it comes to games.
I need to know if it goes with the colour of my curtains. If it doesn't match I don't know if I could show it to the neighbours, it would be so embarrassing! Oooooh just imagine!
Crap joking aside, yeah I'm obviously very interested in what it's going to look like. I'd prefer the snazzy sort of look the original fat ps3's have, which is why I haven't traded in my old ps3. I'm not impressed in the look of the newer ps3s.
It is i...
Judge Dredd. I'd love a decent Dredd game.
For someone who doesn't like the game you sure do like talking about it.
@grailly
Yes they are.
