If someone talked over the sound of an album playing, or over a film playing would that mean the content wasn't copyrighted because it had a voice over the top of it?
Let me ask you this, if someone was making money from something you created, wouldn't you want something from it? Honestly now.
I certainly would.
If you wanted to make something that you didn't profit from, I wouldn't care.
Didn't Sony cook the books by including ps2 sales? Oh but they stopped manufacturing them last year didn't they. How many did they sell after they had stopped manufacturing them? How many have they manufactured?
Lets look at how the next systems perform before we make judgement. The way things are at the moment, the other consoles may not perform that great either.
The death of the console? Maybe it's sooner than we think.

But I have the complete opposite experience, everyone I talk to who is into gaming is very much looking forward to the next GTA, just like I am.
And from the way the internet blows up when any big news comes out about GTA5, a hell of a lot of other people are anticipating it as well. I think you'd have to be blind not to see that it is one of the most wanted games of the year.
Your experience is very much at odds with the feelings...

Why would you buy this if you already own the games? I'm sure you love the games and all, but if you already have them it seems kind of pointless to buy them again.

I didn't need a Neo Geo because I lived by the seaside and had an arcade pretty much on my doorstep (God, I miss arcades). A Neo Geo was for someone with more money than sense.
I did have a Swatch though, a Pop-Swatch lol.

Yeah only another 20m sales to go. Even though the Wii is still selling, maybe Sony can achieve it in a few years or so.
Which would be good for Sony because they've only recently turned a profit on the ps3, while Nintendo has made a profit on every Wii which gets sold.
