I did like the live action aspect of the game, but it really wasn't needed. I liked seeing other sides of the story. I enjoyed the live action episodes, but I don't think I would have had any problems with they weren't in the game.
I had fun, so I'm happy with it. I don't see something like this being done again though, at least not for a long time.
Super Mario Bros. 3 will always be my favorite when it comes to the final Bowser battle. It was also one of the first games I ever beat as a kid, so it's a memory I will never forget.
I would love to see a show based on The Last of Us. Could be pretty cool, yet I doubt it would ever happen. A movie would be nice too, but in order to get the full story that fans want, we'd need to see at least a trilogy of films, maybe even four.
Then again, with a show, they can maybe do their own thing, create their own storylines and do it from a completely different side of the story.
I completely forgot the next episode was out. Should probably play it sometime today.
I've never played this game, but I've seen some gameplay of it and it looks like a hectic, yet fun time. I imagine it'd be that much more fun using a VR headset though.
Oooh this sounds cool! I would love to play Battlefront with a PSVR.
It is pretty bad when devs make a game, only to toss in a the true ending in DLC form. I only like story DLC that either goes into a new direction, much like what GTA IV did with their story DLC's. It gives us a completely new story from a new set of characters.
I also don't mind when DLC does a spin-off of sorts, by following a side character or side plot. But when they create DLC for the sole purpose of bringing us a new ending, it kind of feels like we were cheat...
I really liked the graphics. I did notice the weird ghosting that happened when you move around a bit, but it wasn't a problem at all for me. Once the action picked up, it was something I completely forgot about.
I got the American Nightmare code, but not the code to Alan Wake or Quantum Break for Windows 10 yet. MS & Remedy said it could take a while to get all the codes sent out though.
It's likely they will just re-release it as backwards compatible for the Xbox One and possibly re-release it for the PS4 digitally. I don't think we'll see a true remaster of it though.
I don't think it'll ever die out. It may lose some steam at some point and time, but I don't think it'll downright die out. If anything, things will probably slow down for the genre while other genres take the top spot. Then FPS's will probably come back eventually.
I'm happy to hear it. I thought it was a really fun game. The story was a little weak at times, but I enjoyed it for the most part. Can't wait to see if Remedy does story DLC down the road. Would love to continue the story in some way.
I don't think we'll see another for quite a while. If anything, maybe we'll see a new dev team take over and try their hand at the franchise, but I don't think it'll be for a while.
I can't wait to play this. I know I'm going to be awful as usual when it comes to this game, but it's something I will try my best at.
I don't know anyone who really used the ESPN app on the 360. I'm not saying no one used it, but I don't think it was an app that literally sold the console.
Plus, most apps still work on the 360. I doubt Netflix, Hulu, etc will discontinue their app like ESPN did.
At some point though, the 360 will lose support. Not sure when it'll be, but more apps will probably follow ESPN's route.
Wow, had no idea John Wick was being made into a game. And doing it for VR sounds like a nifty idea.
That is pretty cool. I love when people do these sorts of things, essentially bringing some life into obsolete items. Really cool!
And this sort of tech is only going to get better. Can't wait to see the finished product.
So far I am liking what Hitman offers. Yes I would love to have the full game right now for the base price of $60, but I am okay with getting it in bits for $10. But I can see why others aren't happy about all of this, as it does technically mean Square Enix can make a bit more money in the long run.
It'd be awesome to see FromSoftware change it up a bit and make something completely new. I honestly have no idea what these guys have under their sleeve, but I hope whatever they have in store for us is awesome as usual.
